Checklist generator
How the generator works
A checklist is made of chapters such as normal and emergency procedures, and each chapter of sections such as “Before engine start” or “Before takeoff”. Every item has a challenge and a response, and the generator joins them with the dotted line you know from printed cockpit checklists. Chapters you mark as emergency procedures start on their own page with yellow and black warning stripes along the edge, so you find them without leafing through. It works for any type, whether a Cessna 172 or an ultralight.
Everything stays in your browser
The PDF is made in your browser. Nothing you enter is sent to our server, and the checklist is saved in this browser only. To take it to another device, use “Save as file”.
The flight manual is the authority
A checklist belongs to one aircraft type. Items, order and figures come from your aircraft’s flight manual (POH/AFM), and every change gets checked against it. The example holds only generic items and is not a checklist for any particular aircraft.
For the briefing at home: the METARMAP
The checklist flies with you, the METARMAP hangs at home or in the clubhouse. It shows around 80 airfields as LEDs in their GAFOR colour and fetches new METARs every five minutes, so before you drive to the airfield you can see where the weather is VFR.
